Continue using deSide!

You can see when your licence is set to expire through any of the following means:

• If you open up the deSide Client, you can see your licence information by going to Tools -> Options, and then clicking on the Licence option on the left hand side of the screen, as in the following screenshot:
  
  
  
• If you log into the Secure Site using your GR-ID and Password, then proceed to the My Licences tab in the upper right hand corner, you will be able to see the status of all of your licences in one place.

We have appreciated the opportunity to serve you over the past year or more. If you feel you've gained significant value from your copy of deSide (and if you don't feel this way, we'd like to hear from you) we would be delighted to continue serving you into the future. In fact, we want to make it even easier for you to decide to renew.

If you feel that you would like to continue using deSide, and you've come to this decision more than 6 weeks before your licences are set to expire (we consider this an Early Renewal), we're prepared to offer you considerable savings, as you can see in the following table.

You can renew at any time during your licence (in fact, because of Early Renewal discounts, the earlier you decide to renew, the better). This means that whenever you decide to renew, we simply add another 365 days onto the date your licences are set to expire. Renewing is simple, just follow these steps:

1. Go to http://www.global-roam.com/secure and log in with your current GR-ID details.
2. Click on the "Renew an existing licence" link, under the deSide section.
3. Select the appropriate extension for your current model of deSide.
4. Follow the Checkout prompts until you recieve your invoice.
5. Enjoy! - your licence will be immediately credited with the extra time, so you can continue to use it with no fuss.
