Use your own personal load data in your analysis
Do you want to temper your analysis results with your own energy consumption data?
Using test and sample loads when you're doing in-depth energy consumption analysis is all well and good, but your results would be so much better if you could use your own load profiles. Thats where the deSide Client myLoads feature comes to your rescue!
You can use the deSide Client myLoads feature to record any number of load profiles from your organisation, naming them any way you like. Of course, simply recording your loads, while interesting, isnt very useful. Thats where the handy integration into the deSide Client Analysis feature comes in!
Any load profiles you create in myLoads are immediately available for use in the analysis component, allowing you to leverage your own data to increase the value of your analysis results.
The Details
You can create a load profile (also known as a load trace) containing:
- A load name.
- The National Metering Identifer
- A region (QLD, NSW, VIC, SA, TAS)
- The transmission substation that corresponds with the load
Additionally, you can fill the load with data from 2 different sources:
-
Simple

Import from CSV
You can import all of your load data from a CSV (comma separate value) file.
